Book your introductory call

You don't need to «endure more».
I support you in exploring what you feel, at your pace.

My therapeutic approach combines a humanistic perspective with tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with sensitivity to trauma. In the free introductory call, I invite you to get to know me, ask questions and consider whether this support fits your needs. It is not a therapy session.

The problem

Almost nobody arrives on their first attempt

Most people who look for psychological help arrive after:

  • Experiences of care in which you did not feel heard.
  • Relationships marked by manipulation, invalidation or psychological abuse that you still don't fully know how to leave.
  • Intense emotions (anxiety, mood swings, sensitivity to rejection) that willpower cannot regulate.
  • The feeling of being alone in the process, with no community and no continuity between one session and the next.
  • Looking for something «more» than 50 minutes a week — without knowing it exists.

How I support you

My therapeutic approach combines a humanistic perspective with tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I bring together listening, empathy and respect for your individual experience with mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I work with sensitivity to trauma and adapt the tools to your needs and goals.

In my practice, I value continuity: follow-up within your process and tools to practise between sessions. My resources and community proposals have different goals from psychotherapy.

The method

Four steps, no vague promises

This is what a process at Psiquesintiendo looks like, from the first conversation to integration into your everyday life.

01

Understand

I listen to your story without reducing you to a symptom. I help you explore what brings you here, the relevant parts of your history and what you need right now.

02

Build resources

I help you define goals for your process and support you in practising emotion regulation, distress tolerance and communication skills.

03

Connect in community

I invite you to explore your relationship with yourself, your bonds and what gives your life meaning. For those who want it, there is the community and experiences like RENACER.

04

Integrate

I help you turn what you have learned into everyday action, review your progress and adapt my support to your process.
